Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Work

These Terms and Conditions govern the end-to-end professional relationship regarding the supply, installation, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure provided by Transient Power-Tech Solutions. Our services encompass a broad technical spectrum including, but not limited to, the deployment of Transformers, HT/LT Panels, Ring Main Units (RMU), Diesel Generator (DG) Sets, Solar PV systems, and all associated industrial cabling and switchgear. By engaging our services, the client acknowledges that all works will be executed based on the mutually agreed-upon technical specifications and site layouts.

2. Quotations and Pricing

All formal quotations provided by us remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issuance. Due to the high sensitivity of electrical components to global commodity markets, prices are subject to adjustment if there are significant fluctuations in the cost of raw materials—specifically copper, aluminum, and steel—between the quotation date and the procurement date. Furthermore, any changes in government taxes, duties, or local levies will be applied to the final invoice. Any work requested by the client that falls outside the original documented scope will be treated as a “Project Variation,” requiring a written cost approval before execution.

3. Payment Terms

To ensure smooth procurement and resource allocation, our standard payment structure is as follows:

  • 40% Advance Payment: Due upon the issuance of the formal Work Order to initiate material procurement.
  • 50% Delivery Payment: Payable immediately upon the arrival of major equipment and materials at the project site.
  • 10% Final Payment: Due upon successful commissioning, testing, and handover of the installation, or as per the specific milestones defined in the individual project contract.

4. Project Timelines

We pride ourselves on meeting strict deadlines; however, the successful completion of a project is a collaborative effort. Agreed timelines are contingent upon the client providing timely site clearance, unhindered access for our technical teams, and the availability of temporary power/water required for testing phases. Any delays in obtaining necessary approvals or permits from local authorities (such as JVVNL or Electrical Inspectorates) that are beyond our control may result in a proportional extension of the completion date.

5. Safety and Compliance

Safety is our non-negotiable priority. All electrical works are executed in strict accordance with the Indian Electricity Rules, National Electrical Code (NEC), and relevant IS (Indian Standard) specifications. We maintain rigorous safety protocols to protect both our personnel and the client’s assets. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the site environment remains safe and free from hazards for the duration of our on-site operations.

6. Warranty and Maintenance

All hardware and equipment supplied (e.g., Transformers, Switchgear) carry the respective Manufacturer’s Standard Warranty. In addition, Transient Power-Tech Solutions provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on all installation services, effective from the date of commissioning. This warranty covers defects arising directly from faulty installation but does not extend to damage caused by external environmental factors, unauthorized tampering, grid-level power fluctuations, or lack of routine maintenance by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for 100% system reliability, Transient Power-Tech Solutions shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business profits, production downtime, or data loss resulting from equipment failure or power outages that occur beyond our direct operational control or after the successful handover of a compliant system.

8. Dispute Resolution

We believe in transparent communication to resolve any project-related concerns. However, should a formal disagreement arise that cannot be settled through mutual negotiation, all legal proceedings and disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
